As a Customer Service Supervisor, you are expected to perform the following duties:

  • Provide supervision and trainings to customer service staffs
  • Assign and review the duty works to ensure the quality of our services
  • Prepare report and relevant documents on business daily operation and customer service record
  • Establish staff work schedule and company operating procedures
  • Resolve problems that arise and provide customer service
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Monitor the operation of company’s equipment, arrange time for maintenance and repair work as required

 

Job Requirement:
• One year work experience in customer service field is required
