Wages: $ 41 Hourly 

Job Type: Full-time, permanent (at-least 40 hours per week) 

Language: English 

Experience: At-least 1 year of work experience required in a similar role or administrative job

Job Description: 

 

  • Direct ,organize and control the department providing one or more management services 

  • Organize staff in providing security, finance, purchasing, human resources or records management, or other management services

  • Create budgets for contracts, equipment and supplies 

  • Interview, hire and oversee training for staff 

  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services
