JOB DUTIES

General Manager

• Researching and identifying growth opportunities for the company.
• Determine the company’s mission and strategic direction.
• Motivate employees to work productively and develop relax professional work environment.
• Monitor and improvise quality delivery of the service offerings to customers.
• Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships
• Establish financial and administrative controls and implement organizational policies and programs.
• Formulate and approve promotional campaigns, plans for human resources.
• Represent the organization to act on behalf of the organization, to identify new opportunities and others conferences
• Maintain budgets and optimize expenses incurred to maximize quarterly revenue growth

Compensation & Hours:

Salary: $59.10 CAD Per Hour

Working hours: Minimum 30 hours per week

Overtime Rate: $88.65 per hour starting after 44 hours per week

Holiday pay: 4% of gross pay
