Job description:
● Manage the marketing department
● Manage the marketing budget, indirectly influence return on investment (ROI) and growth of business to maintain and improve bottom-line
● Establish service protocols, initiate market research studies and analyze their findings
● Direct marketing department, develop and implement communication strategies and information programs
● Ability to lead and build team(s) for present and future growth
● Build and maintain a network with physicians
● Provide feedback from the field to management for improving services
● Implement strategies for business development by forging relationships with Clinics
● Develop marketing plans, and manage marketing budgets to promote business
● Prepare and present marketing report to Management
Work experience required:
● 5+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing
● 3+ years in a team lead position
● Have experience in finance/accounting, budgeting and forecasting
● Expertise in IT systems / software
Education required:
● Minimum: Bachelor's degree
● Good English language skills
Budgetary Responsibility:
Manage budgetary allocations that may vary from $50,000-$100,000 year to year
