- Prepare Canadiana Restaurant's unique blend of menues using previously gained knowledge;
- Prepare meals using the Canadiana restaurant's speciality recipes and processes;
- Organize dishes for pick-up and delivery in a socially distanced environment;
- Check accuracy of deliveries and put products away
- Organize walk-in fridges and freezers and rotate stock
- Food prep
- Setup the line (fridges, steam table) for the day
- Organize other cooks on the line/stations
- “Call” orders, cook and plate them
- Cleanup and replenish stock
Skills requirements:
- One year experience in Canada working in a restaurant specializing in a blend of dishes.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred
- Knowledge of and ability to prepare Canadiana Restaurant's unique blend of menues;
- Knowledge of and an ability to prepare meals using the Canadiana restaurant's speciality recipes and processes;
Terms of employment:
- Full time, permanent position
- 40 hours per week
- Salary: $15 - $17 per hour
