Own Tools/Equipment: Tools, Steel-toed safety boots

Equipment and Machinery Experience: Computer numerical control (CNC) machines, Jig borer, Milling machines, Drill presses, Electrical dischargemachine (EDM), Engine lathes, Conventional, Computer-aided design (CAD)

Measuring Tools: Micrometers, Callipers, Calibre, Verniers, Gauges

Specific Skills: Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts and tables, Repair machine tools and parts, Set upand adjust production machineries/tools, Fit and assemble components and machine parts to closetolerance, Maintain, repair and calibrate precision measuring instruments, Document and report deviations from specifications and tolerances, Maintain Inspection records and complete inspection reports, Verify  dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments (e.g.,micrometers and calipers),dimensions and tolerances and measure and lay out work pieces, Set up, operate and maintain a variety ofconventional and computer numerically controlled (CNC) machine tools, Verify dimensions of products foraccuracy and conformance to specifications using precision measuring intruments.
