SOS Locksmith is looking for a Locksmith Technician (7384), they will be responsible for the quality and efficient repairment, installation and adjustment of locks, making keys and changing lock combinations of residential and commercial clients. Some work required on as needed basis. Our compensation and schedule vary to suit the individual employee. Hourly rate of $26.00 an hour depending on experience. Duties:

Repair, install and adjust locks, make keys and change lock combinations.

Recruit and coordinate subcontractors;

Coordinate and manage the daily workload of subcontractor and job performance obligations;

Develop strong working relationships with installers and focus on retention efforts;

Ensure that all work performed meets the company's standards and those of our customers;

Review all work orders with subcontractors and resolving any concerns or issues and ensuring that all material is in-house;

Respond to customer concerns and provide excellent customer service during and after installation as necessary;

Communicate work order changes to sales and customer service;

Coordinates the performance, development and expectations of independent subcontractors and provide meaningful feedback;

Ensures that all subcontractors have completed all health and safety training required for the project and that all work Is done following the health and safety guidelines of the customer;

Ensures that all customer service issues are addressed and resolved quickly and within company policies;

Collaborate with other departments to ensure a successful project completion; and

Perform other functions as necessary or as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school graduate is an asset.

Prior 3 years of work experience in the locks installment industry is mandatory.

Good communication and interpersonal skills which are particularly well suited to working with supervisors, fellow employees, customers in a variety of situations.

Accustomed to working in fast moving environments requiring timely attention to details as well as unpredictable and changing conditions.

Proven track record as a team member and effective communicator.

Professional appearance and personality.

Good organizational and time management skills to ensure scheduled deadlines are met
