Duties:

·         Make room reservations, registering and booking guests in and out of their rooms,

·         Provide information and services to guests and receive payment for services.

·         Offer information regarding features of rooms, services of hotel and transportation.

·         Represents the first point of contact with guests.

·         Welcome guests and handles all stages of a guest’s stay.

·         Attend to group arrivals and departures.

·         Answer telephonic queries and queries in person regarding hotel services.

·         Respond to guest’s complaints and concerns.

·         Keeping record of room reservations and availability.
