Job Description:

• Organize regional and divisional sales operations as per the company guidelines.
• Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales.
• Determine strategic planning related to new product lines
• Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts
• Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field
• Indentify buyers of the material and contact them as per the organizational policies.
• Prepare the reports.
• Attend and participate in the company meetings.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Basic English communication skills
• Education: Secondary School
• 2 years of experience in related field
