Job Description

Managing a busy, fast-paced, fun atmosphere, and family-oriented business that's passionate about quality & excellent customer service.

Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the operations of the hairdressing salon.

Plan and control budget and inventory; handle cash register, staffing, and payroll.

Running an efficient & profitable salon.

Hire, train, and supervise staff.

Resolve clients' complaints or issues.

Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies

Maintained an inventory of available supplies.

Responsible for day to day operation of the salon.

Staff scheduling and making appointments for customers.

Ordering products and keeping track of inventory on hand.

Coaching employees to succeed in sales and salon techniques.

Advice clients on hair care products that are sold in the salon.

Observe and evaluate workers' attitude and performance to ensure quality service and compliance with company policies.

Establish or implement policies and operational procedures for staff

Assign work schedules, following work requirements, to ensure quality and timely delivery of service.
