Retail Sales Supervisor

Wage: $18.32 per hour (full-time position / 40 hours per week) LOCATION OF WORK: 115 Josephine Street, Wingham, ON N0G 2W0 Job Description • Supervise, train and coordinate staff • Prepare work schedules and assign duties to staff • Train staff on new products and promotion as required • Ensure adequate stock of products are on display • Maintain inventory and place orders, deal with suppliers • Authorize payments for products received and the return of merchandise • Serve customers as required • Deal with customer complaints or questions and resolve any issues that arise • Ensure health and safety requirements are met • Prepare reports on stock and sales • Close POS system and assist owner in all aspects of the management of the store Job Requirements • Previous retail experience of minimum 1 year in this industry • Extensive knowledge of the Gilbarco POS system is a must • Completion of secondary school How To Apply
