BAKER

• Arranging the display case in an appealing manner.
• Opening the bakery every morning.
• Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make baked goods, such as cookies, bread, cakes, etc.
• Decorating and displaying finished products.
• Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payments, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Crafting and creating new and exciting baked goods.
• Ensuring all baked goods are completed on time.

Compensation & Hours:

Salary: $20.00 CAD Per Hour

Working hours: Minimum 30 hours per week

Overtime Rate: $30.00 per hour starting after 44 hours per week

Holiday pay: 4% of gross pay

Education Required: Minimum Higher Secondary school completion is required.
