Main Duties:

·       Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.

·       Calculate and prepare cheques for payrolls and for utility, tax and other bills.

·       Prepare tax returns and perform other personal bookkeeping services

·       Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports.

·       Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process.

·       Receive and Record payments from patients and Insurance companies.

·       Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner.

·       Close month end and print production and collection reports.

Requirements: Interested candidate(s) must have completion of
bachelors in accounts and the combination of 1-2 years of work
experience related with finances, Basic English is an asset. Candidate be able to
perform duties efficiently, diligently and honestly. Full-time
employment (40 hrs. per week) wages $24.00 per hour and other
