Establish methods to meet work schedules, Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, Hire food service staff, Prepare budget and cost estimates
Manage staff work schedules and coordinate with shift supervisors. Monitor staff performance. Lead the screening and raining of new staff. Resolve customer complaints and submit incident reports. Ensure all standard operating procedures including health and safety regulations are followed. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the ntire operations of the restaurant. Control inventory and procurement, Monitor monthly revenues and submit reports.
