Position: Retail Store Supervisor

Salary: C$24.50 HOUR hourly for 40 hours per week

Language: English

Experience: Minimum 1 year.

BUSINESS LOCATION: 2122 QUEEN ST.E, TORONTO, ONTARIO, M4E 1E3

Retail Store Supervisor (NOC 6211) will have to perform all of these duties:

• Sell merchandise
• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages.
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers and the cashier.
• Always manintain the store inventory and order as needed
• Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, unsold merchandising, expenses and other personnel matters as advised by the employer
• Help in hiring and training of the new staff and make work schedule (when ever requitred.)
• Make sure new staff understands all the safety protocols and keep check all are followed.
• Monitor the performance of the new staff and report to the employer.
• Take responsibility of signing the duties and maintaining records.
• May have to do the stocking and placing the product at proper place.  

Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school education
• English is required.
• The employment is full time and permanent.
• Must be flexible and energrtic
• Must be able to work weekends
