MEDICAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

The Candidate must have a bachelors degree in either Medicine, Dentistry,Veterinary Medicine, Optometry or equivalent experience. The candidate must have experience in preparing case history through patient interview, complete insurance and claim forms, Determine and establish office procedures, Prepare draft agenda for meetings, take, transcribe and distribute minutes. Supervise and train other staff in procedures and in use of software, initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records, Enter and format electronically generated medical reports and correspondence and prepare spread sheets and documents for review. Arrange travel related itineraries and make reservations. All the candidates who are legally eligible to work in Canada can apply for the position.
