Travelodge Bracebridge is the ideal location for small to medium sized tour groups.  The hotel can accommodate tour buses and special room requests

Location – 320 Taylor Road, Bracebridge, Ontario - P1L 1K1, Canada.

Job Responsibilities:

l  Supervise and co-ordinate the work of cleaners and janitors

l  Overseeing the daily operations of Housekeeping as per the arrivals, departures, stay overs and extra rooms

l  Addressing and resolve complaints regarding poor housekeeping service.

l  Inspect sites or facilities to ensure established safety and cleanliness standards are met

l  Recommend or arrange for additional services required such as painting, repair work, renovations or replacement of furnishings and equipment

l  Maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and ordering stock as needed.

l  Hire and train cleaning staff

l  Coaching and mentoring the housekeeping team including performance reviews

l  Prepare work schedule and co-ordinate activities with those of other departments

l  Prepare budget, estimate costs and keep financial records

l  Facilitate positive and effective communication between Housekeeping and Guest Services

l  Performing various cleaning duties as and when required.

 

 

Qualifications and Skills:

 

l  1 years to less than 2 years related experiences

l  Ability and experience to supervise and co-ordinate

l  Ability to work under Fast-paced environment
