Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a Full- time Marketing Assistant to work for our company.

Hours: 35- 40 hours/ week

Salary: $31 - $33/hour TBD

Education: Minimum Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Requirements:

• Must be Initiatve and possess excellent interpersonal skills
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• Self directed and motivated with ability to manage priorities and ensure deliverables are met in a timely and professional manner
• Team player with enthusiastic and positive attitude
• Creative probelm solver with the ability to think critically and focus on the bigger picture
• Specialization in International trade would be an asset
• Ability to supervise 3-4 people

Duties:

• Expand business by developing and implementing communication stratagies and programs
• Respond to written and verbal queries for acquisition of new clients
• Use different promotional tools to attract prospective clients
• Implementation of marketing stratgeies for the growth of the business
• Gather, research and prepare communications material
• Coordinate special events and promotions for publicity
• Support the development and implementation of our marketing plan
• Provide, research and recommendations for improving the effectiveness of the website and other communications and marketing efforts
