FiAMMA Ristorante, located at 5555 Eglinton Ave. W, Etobicoke, ON, M9C5M1, offers traditional, classic and contemporary Italian cuisine, including authentic wood-fired pizza. The warm, inviting ambiance and friendly service provides its guests with a uniquely Italian experience.

At this time, our restaurant is looking to hire an experienced Cook specializing in wood fire pizza oven  to join our professional Kitchen Team for a full-time, permanent position. 2 years of Experience Italian cuisine 

 Duties of position include:

• Setting up, cleaning, and organizing workstations
• Preparing ingredients for the shift; washing vegetables, chopping, seasoning meat, etc.
• Preparing oven, utensils, and grill for shift
• Cooking order according to food health and safety standards
• Handling multiple food orders at one time
• Monitoring multiple food orders as new orders arrive
• Dressing order for presentation
• Ensuring each guest order has the correct food and sides
• Delivering food order to wait staff in a timely manner
• Storing all food properly
• Sanitizing and cleaning workstations and utensils
• Reordering stock and food supplies
• Assisting other cooks in preparing food or helping other team members when needed
• Monitoring the temperature of the pizza ovens as well as cooking times.
• Preparing high-quality pizzas according to company recipes.
• Monitoring inventory and placing orders for more supplies as needed.
• Cleaning workstations before pizza preparation.

Pay/Work Schedule:

Pay for this position ranges between $17.00 per hour. Regular work week will consist of minimum 40 hours of work per week

 Restaurant’s Operational Hours:

Mondays: 11 am – 8:30 pm

Tuesdays: 11 am – 9:30 pm

Wednesdays: 11 am – 9:30 pm

Thursdays: 11 am – 9:30 pm

Fridays: 11 am – 9:30 pm

Saturdays: 5 pm – 9:30 pm
