Location: Mississauga, Ontario 

Salary $35.00 per hour

Full time 40 hours per week, permanent, regular  

Job requirements   1-2 years of experience on supervisory position in roofing trade, ability to supervise 3-4 people, able to work under pressure, outdoors. personal suitability: organized, team player, reliability, has skills and knowledge of roofing techniques in commercial, institutional, industrial, residential construction including: build -up roofing system, single -ply roofing systems, shingles, shakes, roofing tiles, metal roofs, clay.

Duties:

supervise workers and roofing projects in commercial, institutional, industrial, residential buildings, co-ordinate and schedule activities of workers and subcontractors, set up machines and equipment, ensure health and safety regulations are followed, recommend personnel actions, read blueprints and drawings, requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies, supervise roofers, shinglers, eavestrough installers, trades helpers, laborers.
