Welder (NOC- 7237)

Job Duties: 

Maintain and operate welding equipment to weld ferrous and non-ferrous metals and previously set up production welding, brazing and soldering equipment to fabricate or repair metal parts to fill holes, indentations and seams of metal articles with solder. Read and interpret blueprints, to fuse metal segments using various welding processes. Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment and metal shaping machines such as brakes, shears and other metal straightening and bending machines. Repair worn parts of metal products by welding on extra layers. Specialize in certain types of welding such as custom fabrication, shipbuilding and repair, aerospace precision welding, pressure vessel welding, pipeline construction welding, structural construction welding, or machinery and equipment repair welding. Start up, shut down, adjust and monitor robotic welding production line. Adjust welding heads and tooling according to work specifications.

Job Skills requirements:

High School and 1-2-year work experience and English proficiency, Wage $ 27.00 hourly and vacation pay will be paid.
