Specific Skills

  • Record and prepare day to day office activities including customer meetings
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments of visitors seeking assistance on money matters.
  • Answer telephone calls and voice messages and follow up with employer, other cash stores, and the with the customers.
  • Answer enquiries received through emails and handle other correspondences
  • Compile direct on pay cheques loans, money transfers, loan against gold, other information on weekly, monthly and yearly basis received from all the stores
  • Place orders for office supplies with the supplier and make sure that the inventory is always maintained
  • Prepare office correspondence, forms and other documents
  • Greet customers and other visitors, listen their enquiries and refer them to loan clerks for their financial needs
  • Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations
  • Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
  • Set up and maintain safe and sure manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Maintain tidy work environment

This is a fast-paced environment workplace, and successful candidate will be responsible for co-ordinating with all the cash stores for collection and organization of company's data to be placed into reports on daily, weekly and monthly activities.
