Duties:

To lead the salon staff team in providing excellent services and maximising salon profits.

To ensure that salon is adequately staffed and able to serve their clients.

To ensure that stylists have the supplies they need by placing orders with vendors for shampoos, hair products, tools and Hair dryers.

Mange inventory sales products by maintaining records of stock quantities on hand and ordering replacement items.

To help build and maintain a robust client base, develop and distribute promotional materials and conduct marketing activities.

Maintain their salon’s financial stability by developing budgets and reviewing cash flow information.

Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to staff disputes.
