Job Duties
- Prepare, key in, edit correspondences, invoices, presentations, brochures, publications, reports and related material.
- Determine and establish office administrative procedures.
- Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures.
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mails and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information internally and with other departments and organizations.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Organize and schedule conferences.
- Compile data, statistics and other information to support research activities.

- Attention to details.
Requirements and Suitability
- Post Secondary Education
- 5-7 years administrative experience (executive level preferred).
- Working knowledge of MicroSoft Office Suit.
- Effective interpersonal skills and communication skills.
- Well organized and detail oriented.
- Able to communicate efficiently in Mandarin
