Duties include:
- Manage key accounts by presenting product, planning programs, and supporting the sales cycle from inception to delivery.
- Follow up and support accounts to determine sell-through
- Build relationships with key clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts
- Develop action plans, provide expertise in response to client needs, and support and advise project teams
- Help to determine strategic market plan for potential clients
- Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, and supplies
- Take charge in complaints cases, and plan for continuous improvement
- Develop comprehensive and accurate sales presentations
- Achieve all sales performance goals and objectives for market/territory
- Create and implement sales promotions and incentives
- Regularly review and analyze all available sales data
- Attend trade shows and conferences to promote new products
- Hire, train and supervise staff.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A bachelor's degree or college diploma in a field related to business
- At least 5 years’ experience in a field related to the business customer service or sales
- At least 5 years of management experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail, can manage time and schedule, self-motivated and driven
- Proficient in office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
- Detail oriented, high quality driven
Annual Salary:$22/hour
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Minimum Education: University or above
Minimum Experience: 5 years or more
