About the Role
Pride Group Logistics is seeking highly organized and reliable Dispatchers Supervisors to join our growing transportation operations team. The successful candidates will oversee day-to-day dispatch activities, coordinate logistics, support staff, and ensure operational efficiency across various shifts.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily dispatch operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery schedules.
- Assign drivers and equipment according to load requirements and route efficiency.
- Monitor driver performance, route progress, and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate communication between drivers, customers, and operations staff.
- Resolve delivery delays, route issues, and equipment breakdowns promptly.
- Ensure all dispatch records and logs are accurate and up to date.
- Review and optimize routes to reduce fuel costs and improve productivity.
- Enforce safety standards and hours-of-service compliance among drivers.
- Collaborate with fleet maintenance to schedule repairs and minimize downtime.
- Train and mentor dispatchers and support staff to maintain high service standards.
Requirements
Education: College/CEGEP
Experience: 1 to less than 2 years
Language: English
Security: Must pass a criminal record check

Shifts may include:
Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, On-call, Overtime as required.
