Position Summary:
Fat Tuna Sushi is looking for 2 Sushi Chefs to join its team.
Job Details:
Location: 931 Brunette Avenue, Suite K, Coquitlam, BC V3K 1CB
Salary: $36.70 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment, Full-time
Employment Conditions: Day, Evening, Morning
Requirement: Starts as soon as possible

Job Requirements:
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
On-site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Responsibilities:
Tasks:
- Create new recipes
- Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff
- Prepare and cook meals or specialty foods
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
Credentials:
Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses: Safe Food Handling certificate, Food Safety Certificate
Experience and Specialization:
Cuisine specialties: Sushi preparation techniques, Japanese cuisine
Additional Information:
