Responsibilities
Tasks
- Oversee daily store operations and make sure everything runs smoothly.
- Train new staff and guide team members during their shifts.
- Assign tasks like stocking, pricing, and organizing merchandise.
- Help customers, answer questions, and solve any issues they have.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items to management.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Handle cash, process returns, and support cashiers when needed.
- Ensure store policies and procedures are followed by all staff.
- Assist in preparing schedules and managing staff attendance.
- Support sales goals by promoting products and motivating the team.
