Job Duties

• Overall management of the Gas Station and Convenience Store
• Ensure effective planning and smooth operations of the convenience store and gas station.
• Evaluate the competition trends in the market and suggest the pricing strategies to the gas supplier
• Manage the inventory and order supplies as needed
• Plan and execute sales promotions to attract customers
• Resolve customer complaints
• Manage the compliance of safety and hazard policy
• Supervision and management of employee related matters such as hiring, training, submitting payroll information to the accountant
• Any other tasks relevant to the management of the Gas Station and Convenience Store
