Dragon Trucking Ltd. is seeking dedicated and reliable Long Haul Truck Drivers to join our team immediately. Team driving positions are available for qualified applicants. Drivers must be willing and able to operate routes from California to Ontario, return to British Columbia, and travel as far north as Alaska.

Wage & Hours

• Wage: $37.00 per hour
• Hours: 60 hours per week
• Benefits: Full comprehensive medical, dental, and extended benefits package after 90 days

Additional Compensation

• Safety & Performance Bonus: $0.02 – $0.10 per mile based on company safety, fuel efficiency, and delivery standards
• Layover Allowance: $100 to each driver after 24 hours
• Paid Drop Bonus: $20 per drop (per driver)
• Paid Pick-Up Bonus: $20 per pick-up (per driver)
• Flexible Scheduling Options Available
• Employee Referral Bonus: $1,000 for each referred driver

Job Requirements

• Valid BC Class 1 Driver’s Licence with Air Brake Endorsement
• Valid passport and the ability to lawfully enter the United States
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test in accordance with U.S. DOT regulations
• No minimum education requirement
• No prior experience required - training and company trainers are available

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Operate and drive company trucks as a two-person driving team to transport goods across Canada and the United States
2. Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles, trailers, and equipment
3. Perform emergency roadside repairs when required
4. Oversee the loading and unloading of cargo and ensure safe handling and delivery
5. Ensure proper documentation and permits for U.S. travel
6. Accurately maintain logbooks (electronic and/or paper) including cargo details, mileage, fuel usage, and expenses
7. Maintain consistent communication with the dispatcher and driving team
