Greek on the street is looking to hire 1 full-time Food truck manager (NOC 60030). The details of the job are as below:

Education: Other trades certificate or diploma or equivalent experience

Job Type: full-time and permanent

Job location: You will report to 492 Bay St Victoria, BC, V8T 5H2, Canada. Work is on site and must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. (Relocation costs not covered by employer)

Start date: as soon as possible

Hours per week: 40

Salary: $ 33.65 per hour

Job description:

Tasks

Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits, Evaluate daily operations, Monitor revenues to determine labour cost, Monitor staff performance, Supervise staff, Train staff, Cost products and services, Organize and maintain inventory, Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, Leading/instructing individuals, Address customers' complaints or concerns, Provide customer service, Manage events.

Safe Food Handling certificate, Food Safety Certificate

Experience and specialization

Computer and technology knowledge, Electronic cash register, Point of sale system
