PBX Logistics Ltd. is seeking 25 (twenty-five) motivated and reliable Long Haul Truck Drivers to join our team. We have immediate openings for team drivers who can operate routes from British Columbia to California, California to Ontario, and back to BC.

Wages & Hours

• Wage: $36.65 per hour
• Hours: 50–60 hours per week
• Vacation Pay: 4% vacation pay included with each scheduled paycheck.
• Sick Leave: Five (5) paid sick days per year.
• Employment Type: Full-time, permanent, year-round
• Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and benefits package available after 90 days

Additional Compensation

• Safety & Performance Bonus: $0.02 – $0.10 per mile based on meeting company safety, fuel efficiency, and on-time delivery standards
• Layover Allowance: $100 to each driver after 24 hours
• Paid Drop Bonus: $20 per drop (per driver)
• Paid Pick-Up Bonus: $20 per pick-up (per driver)
• Flexible Scheduling Available
• Employee Referral Program: $1,000 bonus for referred drivers

Job Requirements

• Valid BC Class 1 Driver’s License with Air Brake Endorsement
• Valid passport and ability to legally enter the United States
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test (US DOT requirement)
• No minimum education requirement
• No experience required – full training and company trainers available

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Operate and drive company trucks as part of a two-person driving team to transport goods across Canada and the United States
2. Conduct thorough pre-trip inspections of vehicle systems and equipment
3. Perform emergency roadside repairs when required
4. Oversee the loading and unloading of cargo and ensure safe handling and delivery
5. Ensure all documentation and permits are in order for US routes
6. Accurately maintain logbooks, including cargo records, mileage, fuel consumption, and expenses
7. Maintain regular communication with the dispatcher and team members
