Hours: 35–40 hours per week
Wage: $16.50 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and serve food.

• Establish work schedules and ensure smooth daily operations.

• Train staff in job duties, food safety, sanitation, and company standards.

• Maintain food quality, service standards, and cleanliness.

• Requisition food, supplies, and materials.

• Estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.

• Maintain records of stock, sales, wastage, and equipment repairs.

• Address customer concerns professionally.

• Ensure compliance with Tim Hortons brand policies and safety regulations.

• Prepare and submit daily or weekly shift reports.

Requirements:

• Secondary (high school) graduation certificate.

• Minimum 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service.

• English language required.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hot, and noisy environment.

• Ability to supervise 5–10 employees per shift.

• Must be available for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and shift work.
