Senior Construction Project Manager

Location: British Columbia

Aggressive Hunt is a leading recruitment construction management and general contracting firm delivering complex, high-value projects across commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors in Canada. 

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple large-scale projects from conception to completion.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, coordination, and execution of large, multimillion-dollar construction projects.

  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure quality and profitability.

  • Manage client relationships, subcontractors, consultants, and on-site teams.

  • Negotiate contracts, change orders, and vendor agreements.

  • Monitor financial performance, cost control, and risk management strategies.

  • Ensure all work complies with Canadian building codes, safety standards, and company policies.

  • Mentor and guide project coordinators, site supervisors, and junior managers.

  • Prepare progress reports and present project updates to executive management.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline (P.Eng or PMP designation preferred).

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in construction project management.

  • Proven track record managing projects exceeding $10M–$50M in value.

  • Deep understanding of construction contracts, budgeting, scheduling (MS Project/Primavera), and cost control.

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

  • Excellent knowledge of Canadian construction regulations and health & safety standards.
