Marketing Coordinator

Job type: Permanent Full time, 35 hours per week

Location: 549 MURPHY ROAD, Sarnia, ON, N7S 5B6

Education required: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

Experience required: 7 months to less than 1 year

Language required:English

On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

The job title of the employee will be Marketing Coordinator. The job duties will be the following:

• Analyze menu items and service features to determine the café’s marketing and advertising needs.
• Promote menu items and seasonal offerings through targeted campaigns, in-store signage, and digital marketing channels.
• Manage the café’s social media presence, including responding to customer feedback and testimonials.
• Create visual content (photos, videos, reels) for marketing materials, social media posts, and digital ads.
• Plan and execute direct and digital marketing campaigns to engage customers and increase sales.
• Develop and maintain email marketing campaigns to inform subscribers of promotions, events, and new menu items.
• Design and evaluate public relations initiatives to communicate company updates and policies to clients, staff, and the public.
• Support the production of brochures, newsletters, reports, and other marketing materials.
