Sumas Valley Berry Farm Ltd. is a family-run agricultural business specializing in blueberry cultivation. We are committed to sustainable farming practices and producing high-quality crops for local market. We are looking for 1 (one)  Farm Supervisor (NOC: 82030) to assist us in farm operations.

Wage: $ 21.25/ hour + 4% vacation pay

Hours: 30–40 hours per week

Job Description and Duties:

The Farm Supervisor will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the blueberry farm. Duties include:

• Look after and supervise the activities of General Farm Worker.
• Hire a farm worker as per the requirements.
• Manage the budget and maintain records for the farm expenditures
• Provide training to workers.
• Make sure all work is performed with safety regulation.
• Check the quality of crop.
• Prepare the work schedule for workers.
• Make the necessary arrangement of transpiration.
• May required to perform General Farm worker duties.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Completion of High school is required
• Experience: 1 months to 7 months of experience in the relevant field
• Language: Basic knowledge of English language
