Job duties?

• Test and measure voltage, loads, ground faults integrity of circuits
• Troubleshoot and isolate faults
• Connect power to audio and visual equipment
• Install power generation, stand-by power generation and power conditioning systems
• Estimate costs and materials
• Renovate electrical systems in residential and commercial structures
• Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications
• Commission systems and components
• Conduct voltage, resistance and other tests using electrical test equipment
• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, schematics and electrical code specifications to determine layout of industrial electrical equipment installations
• Conduct preventive maintenance programs and keep maintenance records
• Install electrical distribution and transmission systems

 Qualifications / Skills:

• 3-5 years proven working experience in relevant electrical work
• Ability to interpret technical diagrams, work with various tools and electronic test instruments, and follow instructions accurately.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve electrical malfunctions. 

• Deep electrical system, power generation, blueprints, maintenance, and repair knowledge
• Physical stamina for lifting equipment, climbing ladders, and working in confined space
