Job Requirements:

• Language: English
• Education: Secondary school graduation or 2 years to less than 3 years of work experience
• Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
• Security and Safety:Criminal Record Check
• Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available/ Authorized Travel Expenses is paid by employer
• Work Location:Employer's Address

Job Responsibilities:

• Compute dimensions and tolerances of machine parts
• Measure and lay out work pieces in preparation for assembly
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts and tables
• Repair machine tools and parts
• Set up and adjust production machineries/tools
• Fit and assemble components and machine parts to close tolerance
• Maintain, repair and calibrate precision measuring instruments
• Document and report deviations from specifications and tolerances
• Maintain inspection records and complete inspection reports
• Verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments (e.g.,micrometers, calipers)
• Set up and operate conventional and computer controlled machine tools
• Verify dimensions of products for accuracy and conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments

Abilities and usage of Equipment, machinery and other technology including the following :

• Micrometers, Calliper, Calibre, Gauges, and Verniers
• Mastercam CAD, Ultrasonic, Plasma ARC, Laser Beam, and Water Jet
• 3D Pantographs, Automatic transfer machine and lathes
• Boaring and Broaching machine
• Grinders and Drill Presses
• Jig Borer and Jig Grinder
• Sawing and Screw Machines
• Surface and tapping machines
• Tool and Universal grinder
