Senior solution Architect and Engineer

· Provide technical leadership across teams in the financial services industry, ensuring alignment with business and technical goals.

· Translate complex business problems into actionable technology and software solutions.

· Design, develop, and guide the implementation of scalable software systems and microservices using modern frameworks.

· Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into architecture and design, and support developers with hands-on assistance.

· Develop both frontend and backend components with a focus on integration with cloud-based core banking systems.

· Incorporate machine learning and AI capabilities into the solution design where applicable, including predictive models, decision trees, clustering, and neural networks.

· Leverage data science methodologies to extract insights from structured and unstructured data to support decision-making.

· Participate in and lead code reviews, technical documentation, sprint planning, retrospectives, and QA processes.

· Prepare and maintain solution architecture documents, technical specifications, and deployment documentation.

· Manage end-to-end delivery of client projects, acting as the primary technical contact for escalations and complex issues.

· Visualize data and results to communicate findings to stakeholders using accessible methods and tools.
