Salary: $36.60 per hour
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operations of the establishment, such as planning, evaluating and controlling etc.
- Assist the manager in coordinating the daily restaurant operations, including food preparation and service.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and oversee food service staff.
- Monitor food quality, safety, and guest satisfaction.
- Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices.
- Implement efficient work procedures.
- Address customer requests and resolve complaints professionally.
- Enforce health, safety, and company standards at all times.
Job Requirements:
- Completion of Secondary school.
- Completion of a college program in food service administration, hospitality management, or a related field, or a minimum of 2 years’ experience in restaurant or food service management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
