Coordinate and delegate specific responsibilities to sales staff based on individual strengths, store needs, and sales goals.
This includes assigning team members to key tasks such as customer engagement, inventory restocking, checkout operations, and promotional displays.
Review and approve customer requests to return products according to company's return policy ensuring items meets the eligibility criteria for return, refund or exchange.
Create and manage shift schedules for team members, ensuring appropriate staffing levels throughout the day and week.
This includes aligning personnel availability with store traffic patterns, sales events, and operational requirements, while also accommodating time-off requests and compliance with labor laws.
Engage customers to promote and sell products by providing knowledgeable assistance, ensuring a smooth purchasing experience to meet or exceed sales targets.
Compile and analyze data related to sales performance, product merchandising effectiveness, and staff productivity.
Handle and resolve operational or customer-related issues promptly, such as addressing complaints, fulfilling special requests, or managing inventory shortages, to maintain customer satisfaction.
Oversee the accurate tracking, organization, and replenishment of stock at, ensuring inventory levels are maintained, and products are easily accessible for both staff and customers.
Lead, support, and coordinate the daily tasks of the team, ensuring roles are clearly assigned, performance standards are met, and all operations run efficiently to deliver a consistent customer experience.
