Operations & Mangement

Open and close the salon, ensuring everthing is ready next business day.

Oversee appointment scheduling and walk-in customers avoid long wait time.

Monitor inventory of  nail products.

Ensure all equipment is maintained, sanitzed, and safe to use.

Enforce salon policies, health, and safety regulations.

Staff Supervision

Train, guide, and mentor nail technician and reception staff.

Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback.

Handle conflicts or concerns among team members.

Motivate the team to meet service and sale goals.
