Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Systems Specialist to design, develop, and implement complex IT systems. This role requires a hands-on professional who can code, create custom applications, and integrate solutions while ensuring systems meet organizational standards and user requirements.

 

Job Duties:

• Design, develop, test, implement, and oversee IT systems aligned with enterprise-level objectives.

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large-scale system data to identify optimization opportunities.

• Review existing IT systems and internal processes to ensure operational efficiency and scalability.

• Develop, implement, enforce and maintain IT policies and quality standards and procedures throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Develop quality assurance (QA) procedures and conduct testing protocols for new and existing systems.

• Identify, analyze, and document system discrepancies and develop solutions or escalate as required.

• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure systems remain stable and secure.

• Develop and customize enterprise-grade applications using requisite technologies.

• Build and integrate custom web parts and automation workflows in software development environments.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external clients to troubleshoot and resolve IT infrastructure issues.

 

Qualifications: 

Educational Qualifications

• Completion of Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or, a college Diploma in a related field. Candidates with a business or related Bachelor's degree, and extensive technical IT experience may also be considered.

 

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of technical IT experience.
