Construction labourer

Company Info:

Stratosphere Properties Ltd.specializes in real estate investment and development. We currently have 4 projects under construction. We aim to develop spaces that educate and embolden.

We are now looking for two qualified Construction labourers to join our team.  

Position:                                                           Construction labourer

Wage:                                                  C$ 24.50 hourly

Working Hours:                         30-40 hours working / week (to be negotiated)

Vacation Pay:                                        4% of gross salary 

Terms of Employment:              Full-time, Permanent  

Work Location:                         999 W Broadway Unit 680, Vancouver, BC V5Z 1K5

May be dispatched to different construction sites

Job duties:  

• Load and unload construction materials and move them to work areas.
• Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, and barricades as required.
• Assist tradespersons and equipment operators in construction activities.
• Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete.
• Remove rubble and debris from construction sites using hand tools and wheelbarrows.
• Perform other activities at construction sites as directed.

Requirements:  

• Experience is an asset.
• On-the-job training will be provided.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labour tasks
