Job Descriptions:

• Schedule and oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee the hiring of new staff and provide training to maintain high employee performance.
• Manage inventory levels and place orders for food, beverages, and supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and assist in developing procedures to support efficient daily operations.
• Evaluate staff performance and communicate relevant feedback to management as necessary.
• Prepare and adjust work schedules to match business needs and staff availability.
• Monitor sales and costs and assist in adjusting procedures and pricing to improve profitability.
• Work with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective supply deliveries.
• Address customer concerns promptly and resolve service issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate and inspect food and beverage deliveries to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met.
• Monitor workplace cleanliness and safety, ensuring all standards are met.

Job Requirements:

• Completion of college or other program in this field is required.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience of supervisory position in a food service sector is required.
