Job title: Retail Store Supervisor

Number of Positions: 2

Start date of employment: As soon as possible

Wages: $34.70/hour, 30 hours/week

Job Duties:

• Schedule, monitor, evaluate and provide directions to store staff
• Hire and oversee hiring of staff
• Resolve customer complaints
• Enforcing merchandise control procedures to eliminate fraud, theft and ither losses
• Generate reports showing the amount of Gas sold and the revenue earned on a daily and weekly basis.
• Approve expenditures and prepare budgets.
• Direct, Coordinate and participate in performing customer service activities.
• Check the inventory on frequent basis and make sure that the desired order is placed.
• Select and sell the most in demand items in the market
• Keep accurate record of sales.
• Develop and implement strategies for marketing.

Requirements:

• Secondary School Education Certificate is required.
• 7 months to less than 1 year experience is required.
• Language English

• 1 to 2 people
