About the Role
VP Protection Inc. is seeking a Security Guard Supervisor to oversee a small team, coordinate operations, and ensure smooth, safe, and professional service delivery. This position is strictly on-site — no remote work option.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the point of contact during emergency situations.

Coordinate activities with other departments or work units.

Prepare and submit progress and incident reports.

Troubleshoot operational issues and recommend improvements.

Supervise, schedule, and review the work of 3–4 team members.

Train staff on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.

Oversee office and volunteer personnel.

Develop and maintain work schedules and procedures.
Qualifications
-
Language: English
-
Education: Secondary school diploma or equivalent experience

Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role

Must be legally authorized to work in Canada (citizen, PR, or valid work permit holder).
