Responsibilities
Tasks
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations
- Supervise, coordinate, and review the work of accommodation staff, including hotel, motel, casino, reservation, and other travel service clerks.
- Develop work schedules, establish procedures, and coordinate activities with other departments to ensure efficient operations.
- Address and resolve work-related issues while preparing and submitting progress reports and other required documentation.
- Recruit, train, and orient staff on job responsibilities, safety standards, and company policies.
- Manage inventory by requisitioning necessary supplies and materials.
- Oversee the proper functioning of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for maintenance or repairs as needed.
- When required, perform the same tasks as the staff being supervised.
