Wage rate: $36.60/hour for 40 hours per week.
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Language: English.
Job Duties:
- Oversee the operations during the shift.
- Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of workers in the shift to meet the production target.
- Establish processes to enhance productivity and co-ordinate with shipping section for timely delivery.
- Train the workers in job duties and safety procedures to minimize hazards during the food production process.
- Recommend procedures and ensure compliance to improve productivity and quality.
- Prepare production reports and labour utilization charts to improve profits.
- Ensure the equipment is serviceable and the work area is clean at all times.
