Start Date of Employment (Approx.): As soon as possible

Wage Rate: $ 16.50 /hour (for 40 hours/week)

Benefits: 4% Vacation Pay.

Skill Requirements:

• Completion of Secondary school is required.

• 1 Years to less than 7 months.

Language: Basic Knowledge of English is required.

Main Duties:

• Preparation of all Soups, stocks, meat, poultry, fish and seafood products

• Knowledge of Thai ingredients and herbs.

• Hygienic food handler.

• Prepare and cook complete Thai meals or individual Thai dishes and foods

• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment

• May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies

• Passion for cooking creativity

• Substitute for or assist other cooks during emergencies or rush periods.

• Knows and complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules,policies and procedures.

• Clean the kitchen and work area
